Make the world your playground

screenshot_20161118-185115-01When was the last time that you saw your life, your problems and your situation from the viewpoint of a child? When did you consciously remember your childhood? Most of us chase from appointment to appointment. Meetings, partyinvitations, birthdays, weddings, baseballgames and all those other things we put on our to-do-list. We keep complaining about the fact that we never have time for anything but actually WE are the ones that are creating the to-do-lists that dictate our life. We see the daily tasks we have to fullfill as a burdon and have no motivation to do them. Continue reading Make the world your playground

The art of worrying

Pleanuts-worry-cartoonWe are all masters in a profession we actually do not even want to be masters in. We all are masters when it’s about the art of worrying. We worry about everything. About little things and about big things. We worry if we hear the alarm clock in the mornig, if we are on time at work, if we manage to finish our work projects, if we catch the bus on the way home or if the noise our care made will Continue reading The art of worrying

Friendship and the value of a true friend

I was one of those kids that always tried to make friends. Good friends. I always knew a lot of people. They also knew me. But it was never even close to something you woulimages1d call real friendship. I tried a lot of things to be a part of different groups of people. In the end I mostly was the one who was used for stuff. I was the one where everyone could drop their problems and the one Continue reading Friendship and the value of a true friend

I gave up on love completely until I found it

I had given up on love – until I found true love.

I cannot even count how often I heard that line “Everything happens for a reason”, “Love will find you”, “Have patience”. I didn’t want to have patience. I didn’t want to wait until Cupid shoots his little love arrows around. The risk was simply too highimages Continue reading I gave up on love completely until I found it

Defeating the feeling of not being good enough

not-enough

It started with very small things. “You laugh too loud, it makes me feel ashamed”, “I think you should do it like this”, “Why did you do this again, I told you that I don’t like it”. At this point in time I should have packed my stuff and should have left – but I didn’t. I tried to accomplish a mission. The mission to please someone who never Continue reading Defeating the feeling of not being good enough

Finding the right people at the right time

It was quiet the last weeks. Very quiet.

People who are busy in the spiritual field also have bad days. Not everything is wonderful and colorful – but right in those dark moments lies the biggest potential for awesome growth. It is that moment when you are on your knees, crying out all that emotional pain and letting yourself drown in all those feelings. 5dsoull

I was at this point during the last weeks. I managed to do my daily tasks. I managed to go to work and do the stuff that needed to be done. But as soon as I sat down after all daily things were finished.. that flood of thoughts, emotiones, feelings made me drown completely.

I do know that everything happens indeed for a reason and of course I know that everything around me is a huge mirror Continue reading Finding the right people at the right time

Dear Narcissist

Dear Narcissist,

It took me 14 years to realize the manipulative grip you had on me as an empath. What felt like true love actually turned into a nightmare from which it was almost impossible to wake up.

Loving yourself is actually a good thing. Realizing your worth and acting out of a place of selflove is a beautiful thing. Loving yourself has nothing to do with selfishnessdownload (2) Continue reading Dear Narcissist

While you are on that path does somebody care why some subjects in school are simply not your cup of tea? Everything is brought down to numbers and grades and dates. When you finally surviveddownload Continue reading Breaking the daily routine
